Brandon Ali, Founder
Brandon Ali is a senior investment management executive with nearly 20 years of leadership experience driving capital formation, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment platforms. He has built, scaled, and led institutional fundraising organizations, partnering closely with investment teams and senior leadership to align capital strategy with long-term firm objectives.
Brandon Ali is a senior investment management executive with nearly years of leadership experience driving capital formation, investor relations, and strategic growth initiatives across hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, and alternative investment platforms. He has built, scaled, and led institutional fundraising organizations, partnering closely with investment teams and senior leadership to align capital strategy with long-term firm objectives.
Brandon has held leadership roles overseeing global business development and investor relations functions, most recently at Livello Capital Management. Previously, he was Partner and Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at Snowcat Capital Management. In this capacity, he was responsible for firmwide capital strategy, institutional LP engagement, and investor communications, successfully raising more than $250 million in capital commitments. He played a central role in shaping the firm’s market positioning, product development, and investor messaging, while also implementing and managing the firm’s fundraising infrastructure.
Previously, Brandon served in senior leadership positions at Prince Street Capital Management and Deer Isle Capital, where he led North American capital raising efforts, managed key institutional relationships, and advised investment managers on fund structuring, positioning, and go-to-market strategy. He worked directly with CIOs, investment committees, and operating teams to translate investor feedback into actionable strategic decisions, contributing to product launches, risk oversight, and long-term franchise development. At Prince Street Capital, he also served on the Risk Committee, providing an investor-focused perspective on portfolio construction and macro risk considerations.
Earlier in his career, Brandon held roles Indus Capital Partners and J.P. Morgan, where he developed a strong foundation in institutional marketing, product development, and alternative investment structuring. At J.P. Morgan, he worked within the Alternatives Product group supporting the onboarding and launch of hedge fund, private equity, and real estate strategies for the Private Bank, gaining exposure to complex fund structures and senior management decision-making processes.
Across his career, Brandon has built trusted relationships with pensions, endowments, foundations, family offices, consultants, OCIOs, insurance companies, healthcare systems, and ultra-high-net-worth investors. He is known for his ability to lead cross-functional teams, build scalable investor relations platforms, and articulate complex investment strategies in a clear, disciplined, and credible manner. His leadership style combines strategic vision with executional rigor, enabling investment organizations to grow assets, strengthen investor partnerships, and institutionalize their fundraising operations.
Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Northeastern University, where he graduated Cum Laude. Brandon resides in Miami, FL with with wife and newborn son.
